Carlos Matta is a Lifestyle Designer, real estate broker, and interior design professional whose career has been defined by a commitment to sophistication, refinement, and excellence in service.

He began his studies in Interior Design and later pursued Architecture at the University of Puerto Rico, where he discovered his true passion: transforming spaces that embody great taste and sophistication while authentically reflecting the lives of their inhabitants. This philosophy of design — where beauty meets identity — has become the foundation of his work.

In 2007, Carlos became a licensed real estate broker in Miami, Florida, where he merged Carlos Matta International, his interior design studio, with his brokerage services to deliver full-service, turnkey projects for an international clientele. His ability to merge design vision with smart real estate investment positioned him as a trusted advisor for those seeking not just a property, but a complete lifestyle solution.

In 2018, he returned to Puerto Rico, establishing the real estate brokerage Puerto Rico es mío,  placing his expertise at the service of local and international clients. Today, he continues to guide buyers and investors toward properties that offer architectural value, financial potential, and a unique reflection of their lifestyle.

After decades of creating luxury homes and traveling to some of the world’s most exclusive destinations, Carlos is embarking on a new personal journey: Excelencia. This initiative reflects his belief that true luxury is not only found in spaces and objects but also in the Art of Service.
